Imagine life without family, where a little one born into this world has no one to love or protect him. Imagine many little ones, left to decide on their own what is right or wrong. From the beginning, God created the family structure. By His design, life was to be protected and nurtured within it. Family is the instrument intended by God to pass on from generation to generation values, wisdom and truth.

Bulembu Ministries aspire to serve, restore and empower families in Swaziland. We long to see abandoned children surrounded by the love of a mother and father. To see healthy homes founded on the Word of God. To see love and respect take the place of fear and insecurity. For this reason, Bulembu Ministries’ highest priority is to invest in the family. We are working to see healthy families, together building strong communities, resulting in a stronger nation.

BRIDGING THE GAP - INVESTING IN OUR COMMUNITIES

Community is a way of life; families caring for families; friends helping their neighbors. It is a safe place where hearts are shared and people are valued. The Bible sums up community best, as "Freely we have received, freely we shall give."

Bulembu Ministries commits to giving our best to the communities of Swaziland. Through God's provision, medical facilities will be made for the prevention and treatment of sickness and disease. Employment opportunities will be created through business initiatives. Educational programs will be established to guide students from their first years of primary to their first job. The facilities and resources of Bulembu are dedicated to the enriching of lives. Therefore by doing our part, giving our best, and seeing the potential in each life, Bulembu will be a place that models Biblical community, a place where people are valued.

BECOMING ONE - FINDING, IN EACH OTHER, STRENGTH FOR OUR NATION

A 42% HIV infection rate, poverty, and a growing number of vulnerable, orphaned children threaten the future of the nation of Swaziland. These obstacles are insurmountable if we face them alone. The heart of the national people and the strength of the international community must be engaged in this struggle for life. Bulembu Ministries is committed to serving, equipping and battling along side the national people, believing God for victory.

We are confident that as the international body of Christ joins us in this task we will be made strong in this fight for life. Our goal is to gather the very best resources in the areas of family and community. We are looking for ministries willing to join us to this end. As each ministry finds its place in this orchestra God is creating, we will be able to provide a concert of new life to the nation of Swaziland.
